• PhotoVideoTours marketing package. Your property receives it's own webpage with professional photos and a real full length video (not a slideshow), it is then advertized on the Multiple Listing Service, ElectricRealtor.com,  Realtor.com (as necessary), Craigslist with custom made ad, Backpage.com with it own custom ad again, and other various appropriate websites.
  
• Cancel the listing at anytime. Either you or we can cancel by calling and saying "I want to cancel the listing." It's that simple. The cancellation becomes effective at the time you call. Please allow 3 business days to have the sign removed if applicable and the listing withdrawn from the Multiple Listing Service.
  
• Commissions. You have the benefit of "Full Service".
  Our commission is 5% when we find the buyer and write the contract and there is no other agent involved.
  Our commission is 3% and the other agent receives 3% if another agent represents the buyer.
  After the 69 days expires, your property is still advertised on the Multiple Listing Service for another 69 Days with no price change.  Property must be listed at last price change for a full 39 Days before "we sell it for free" listing can occur. 
  Our commission is 0% to us if buyer's agent deals directly with you, and only pay the buyer's agent 3%.
  Our commission is 1% if we write the contract and walk it through escrow for you.
  Full commission and service apply if a buyer was previously exposed to the property by my office or another agent.

• No advance fees.  You only pay if we procure an offer that is acceptable to you.
  
• No-Pressure presentation.  You will not be "pressured" by the buyer's agent.  All offers will be faxed, emailed or delivered to my office and presented to you by phone and/or email.
  
• Commissions.  You have complete flexibility from "Full Service" to "Do It Yourself".
